We report news from public sources, and we always credit and link them. When we quote someone else’s reporting, we keep it short and use it for news reporting and commentary.

Our images are made by our own team. We don’t use team logos or outside photos without permission. Team names, school names and trademarks belong to their owners. No affiliation with the SEC, any school, the LHSAA or the UIL is implied.

High school coverage

These are kids playing ball, and we treat them that way. Our high school coverage follows AP and local news standards for reporting on minors.

What our labels mean

CONFIRMED is verified by an official source, REPORTED comes from credible outlets we cite, RUMOR is unverified chatter we flag as such, and TAKE is our own opinion.
